Combine an urban visit to Hefei with Sanhe Ancient Town in Feixi to experience the different rhythms of Anhui’s provincial capital and waterside lanes. Sanhe is at the southern end of Feixi County, not a walkable attraction in the city centre. Set aside half a day to a full day, then account for return travel before scheduling other activities.
