• We work to show sources and verification dates but do not warrant that every item is always complete, accurate or available.
• You remain responsible for travel decisions, documents, insurance, health, safety and itinerary feasibility.

• Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity under your account.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, promotional-spam or privacy-violating content, attack the service, abuse scraping or bypass security controls.
• We may restrict, remove or suspend content and accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

You keep ownership of your original content and give China Travel Kit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to operate, display, moderate, back up and promote the service using it. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. You may request deletion, although lawful copies made by others and necessary backups may not disappear immediately.

Third-party websites and ticket, accommodation, connectivity or transport services are operated by their providers. We are not the seller or travel agent and do not control their prices, inventory, refunds, safety or performance. Some links may earn commission, without changing editorial order. Your transaction is governed by the provider’s terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. China Travel Kit is not responsible beyond mandatory legal requirements for reliance on information, third-party services, disrupted travel or indirect loss. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
