Guide pages include a ‘Has something changed?’ form. For other pages, email [email protected] with the page URL, the statement to review and a source that can be checked.

• A traveller report never changes published content automatically.
• An editor checks the official source, date and scope of the claim.
• High-risk entry or policy information remains uncertain when evidence is insufficient.
• Once confirmed, we update the page, its update date and any relevant verification record.

Material corrections that could affect a travel decision should be made clear on the page. Typographic and presentation fixes do not create an artificial new update date.

A subject, venue or commercial partner may provide evidence, but payment cannot purchase the removal of accurate information or change an editorial conclusion.
