Longyan
Longyan lies in western Fujian, with distinct travel themes spanning Danxia mountain landscapes, Hakka culture and historic revolutionary sites. Guanzhai Mountain in Liancheng and Gutian in Shanghang are in different counties. Plan visits around transport routes rather than linking them solely by straight-line distances on a map.

Choose transport by county+
First decide whether you are visiting Liancheng, Shanghang or another county, then check transfers from the station to the scenic area entrance. Do not assume every visit is a day trip from central Longyan.
Choose a base to suit your route+
For travel across several counties, consider staying in different places along the way. Compare public transport, dining and return arrangements, and confirm check-in identification requirements before booking.
