Tianyi Pavilion–Moon Lake Scenic Area

Download poster

Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake connect book-collecting culture with an urban lakescape. Allow time at Tianyi Pavilion Museum to read displays and examine courtyards and buildings; Moon Lake provides open space for a walk before or afterward. Entry rules differ between the two, so do not apply park access conditions to the museum. Arrange your visit around available museum reservation slots, then choose a lakeside walk. Current photographs show historical courtyards, displays and shores; actual exhibitions are determined on site.

Opening hours

Confirmed opening hours are not available on this page. Check opening and last-entry times with the venue before setting out.

Getting there

Travel from central Ningbo to Haishu District and confirm the museum entrance and Moon Lake walking route separately. Choose stops using current public transport guidance. Both the museum and lakeside are mainly explored on foot.

Practical notes

Check museum reservations, identity documents, closing days and last admission in advance. Follow photography and conservation requirements for old books and indoor exhibits. Distinguish commercial shops from official scenic-area services; photographs do not imply partnership recommendations. Images are historical references.
