Stone Moon Viewpoint

A huge natural opening in a high limestone ridge forms the Stone Moon visible from parts of the gorge road. It is a distant geological landmark embedded in Lisu cultural geography, not an invitation to climb; cloud frequently hides it and safe signed viewpoints best reveal its scale.
