Hanyangling Museum
Hanyangling preserves the mausoleum landscape of Western Han Emperor Jing and Empress Wang. Its underground exhibition hall allows visitors to look into excavated burial pits containing smaller terracotta figures, animals and objects associated with court and daily production. The restrained scale provides a revealing contrast with the martial spectacle of the Qin mausoleum.

The museum lies north of central Xi'an near the airport corridor; public transport is less direct, so plan a licensed taxi, car or confirmed tour connection and allow for the return journey.
Practical notes
Do not combine it casually with the Terracotta Army merely because both are mausoleum museums; they lie in different directions. Check outdoor-site weather and underground-hall opening notices.
