Getting there
After reaching the Wudang Mountain area, visit the scenic-area visitor center to confirm the day’s transport routes before ascending. Do not assume different mountain stops are a short walk apart. Check last cable car and sightseeing-bus times separately.
Practical notes
Visit in stages according to your fitness and do not climb into closed areas. High places such as Golden Summit are windy with many steps; use particular caution in rain or snow. Keep quiet at religious sites and follow indoor photography notices. Current admission, cable car and reservation policies using overseas identity documents remain to be verified.
