Exhibition Hall of Evidence of Crime Committed by Unit 731
This memorial museum and surviving site complex documents Unit 731's biological-warfare programme, human experimentation and wartime crimes through archival evidence, artefacts, archaeology and preserved structures. It is a place of victims' memory and historical accountability, not an entertainment attraction. The exhibitions can be emotionally distressing, and a responsible visit requires time, quiet attention and respect for the people represented.

Take Metro Line 1 to Xinjiang Street and walk to the designated new-museum entrance. Pingfang District is far from central tourist areas, so allow a substantial round trip.
Practical notes
Reserve through official channels and bring the required original identity document. Do not use graphic exhibits as selfie backdrops, supervise younger visitors carefully, and allow decompression time afterwards.
