Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden combines research, plant conservation and public education. Specialized gardens, water features and rainforest environments offer different subjects to observe. Touring distances and arrangements differ between the eastern and western sections; choose according to routes open that day. Reference photographs mainly show landscaped gardens, aquatic plants, flowers and trees, not the entire grounds.
