Hailar Museum
Hailar Museum uses the reconstructed deputy lieutenant's office setting and collections to introduce Qing and early twentieth-century border administration, military affairs and regional exchange. The displays help place grassland travel within a longer history of institutions, mobility and multiethnic communities. Because parts of the architectural setting are modern reconstruction, distinguish the museum's historical evidence and objects from its interpretive stage design.
