Morigele River Grassland
The Morigele winds through broad meadow steppe whose appearance changes with rainfall, grazing and season. Scenic overlooks reveal river meanders and the scale of the grassland, while pastoral production and Mongolian cultural life continue beyond visitor facilities. Use designated routes: vehicle tracks compact soil, fragment vegetation and disturb livestock, so a photograph never justifies driving onto unapproved grassland.

Use an authorised driver or current official scenic transport from Hailar. Confirm entrance, road surface and return arrangements because informal map pins can lead onto private or ecologically sensitive tracks.
Practical notes
Stay on approved roads and platforms, close gates, keep distance from herds and ask before photographing residents. Leave immediately during lightning and carry tick and sun protection.
