Luorong Pasture
Luorong Pasture opens beneath the three sacred peaks as a broad high valley of meadow, watercourses and seasonal grazing landscape. It is both a destination and the decision point for much harder trails above. Boardwalk access makes the setting appear easy, but altitude remains severe and weather can close views within minutes. The pastoral scene represents working and sacred land, not an empty stage for unrestricted wandering.

Getting there
Use the official internal transport and designated walking links from Chonggu. Confirm the last vehicle and allow a large buffer for queues and slow movement at altitude.
Practical notes
Treat Luorong as a complete destination. If symptoms, rain, snow or fatigue appear, return rather than continuing upward; stay on hardened paths and do not approach livestock without permission.
