贡嘎雪山

Gongga Mountain is a very high mountain group and an important ecological area. Ordinary travelers should understand its scale from long-distance viewing spots on open roads, villages and towns, or formal scenic spots. Clear peak views depend on the weather, and technical climbing and in-depth activities in protected areas require special permits and professional protection.

圆通寺

It is an ancient temple built more than 1,200 years ago during the Nanzhao period of the Tang Dynasty. It is a rare "inverted slope temple" in the country (all the way downhill when entering the mountain gate). The three sects of Buddhism, Chinese, Tibetan and Southern Buddhism, coexist and have a water courtyard style garden layout.

白塔山

Baitashan Park is located on the north bank of the Yellow River, across the river from Zhongshan Bridge. It is named after the White Pagoda on the top of the mountain. The White Pagoda is a Yuan Dynasty monument and a national 3A scenic spot. The park is free and it takes about 20-30 minutes to climb to the top. The stairs are steep and it is recommended to wear sports shoes. It is windy at the top and bring a jacket. The light and shadow are best one hour before sunset.

大昭寺与八廓街

The Jokhang Temple is the spiritual core of Lhasa and an important component of the world heritage complex. The barracks surrounding the temple are not only a clockwise pilgrimage route, but also a market, residential area and daily public space. Its significance comes from the worship and community life that continues to this day, not just the historical facade. When visiting, the temple, prayer route and surrounding lanes should be viewed as a living cultural landscape, while leaving space for pilgrims and respecting the privacy of residents.

白沙古镇

Baisha Ancient Town is the most pristine of the three ancient towns in Lijiang. You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain when you look up. It retains old Naxi rammed earth houses, copperware, and Dongba handicraft shops. The pace is slow and suitable for a half-day stroll.

广胜寺

The upper and lower temples of Guangsheng Temple are famous for their glazed Feihong Pagoda, historical wooden structures, murals and the relationship between "Zhao Cheng Jin Zang". Its value lies in the relationship between architecture, scriptures, statues and Huoquan landscape, rather than an isolated colorful tower.

应天门·隋唐洛阳城

4. Yingtianmen and Luoyang City in the Sui and Tang Dynasties History and culture: Yingtianmen was the south gate of the Luoyang City Palace in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It was built in the first year of Daye in the Sui Dynasty (605). Wu Zetian ascended the throne and proclaimed himself emperor here. The highest-level city gate regulation of "two views and three exits" was adopted, which influenced the layout of the Meridian Gate of the Forbidden City in later generations. The Luoyang City Heritage Park of the Sui and Tang Dynasties contains three major scenic spots: Yingtianmen, Mingtang Paradise, and Jiuzhou Pool. Mingtang is the "Wanxiang Shrine" where Wu Zetian governed, and Paradise is the Buddhist Pagoda. Public transportation: Take Metro Line 1 to Yingtianmen Station, exit A/C.

玄武湖

China's largest royal garden lake, known as the "Pearl of Jinling", is open to the public free of charge. The lake can be divided into five continents (Huanzhou, Yingzhou, Liangzhou, Lingzhou and Cuizhou). The Ten Mile Long Causeway is a popular spot to watch the sunset.

古格王国遗址

The castles, caves, monasteries and murals of Guge rise from the eroded plateau, preserving evidence of Tibetan western kingdoms and trans-Himalayan exchanges. Fragile walls, steep paths and sensitive paintings make protective navigation rules indispensable.

怒江第一湾与雾里村古道

The first bay of the Nujiang River shows the large rotation of the river around the mountain, and the nearby road leading to Wuli Village preserves fragments of the Ancient Tea Horse Road. Viewpoints, narrow historic roads and inhabited villages are spaces with varying boundaries of risk and privacy.

南迦巴瓦观景带

Namjagbarwa is a sacred and extremely steep Himalayan peak whose summit is often obscured by clouds. Formal viewpoints such as the Grand Canyon and Mount Sejila offer different directions rather than guaranteed views of the snow-capped mountains. It may be worth waiting quietly, but a clear sunset or a sunny day over Jinshan are weather events and are not guaranteed tourism products; even if they are completely invisible, their religious, geological and ecological significance still exists.

平遥城墙

Pingyao's brick city wall completely defines the outline of the historical county town. After reconstruction and expansion in the early Ming Dynasty, six city gates, defensive towers and continuous crenels were formed, showing how administration, military and street planning were combined. Walking along the open section, you can also understand the symmetrical street network and dense courtyard pattern from a high altitude.

八大关

Badaguan is not a single scenic spot. It is a collection of eight roads named after eight ancient passes such as Shanhaiguan, Juyongguan, and Jiayuguan. It brings together villas with styles from more than 20 countries, including Russia, Britain, France, Germany, and Denmark, and is known as the "Architecture Expo of All Nations."

开元寺

Kaiyuan Temple Kaiyuan Temple is located at No. 176 West Street, Licheng District. It was built in the Tang Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,300 years. It is the largest Buddhist temple in Fujian. The east and west twin pagodas (Zhenguo Pagoda and Renshou Pagoda) in the temple are the tallest existing stone pagodas from the Song Dynasty in China. The pure mortise and tenon structure has stood for thousands of years. The west pagoda also has a "Monkey Walker" relief that is more than 300 years earlier than "Journey to the West". It is one of the filming locations for "Black Myth: Wukong". The 24 flying musicians and Hindu stone carvings in the Main Hall all reflect the integration of multi-cultural cultures along the Maritime Silk Road.

豫园

Yuyuan Garden is located in the old city of Huangpu District, Shanghai. It was a private garden built by Pan Yunduan during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty for "Old Relatives of Yuyue". It is known as "the most beautiful garden in the southeast" and is the only garden in Shanghai that can be called "Famous Garden in the South of the Yangtze River". It consists of three parts: garden, temple and city: the Ming Dynasty Garden for a fee, the Yuyuan Mall and Jiuqu Bridge for free, and the adjacent City God Temple. Highlights are concentrated in: The Yuyuan garden itself: Zhang Nanyang’s stacked stones in the Ming Dynasty, Linglong Jade (one of the three famous stones in Jiangnan), large rockery, Sansui Hall, Diancun Hall, etc., each step creates a scene.

安昌古镇

Anchang Ancient Town is located in Keqiao District. It is one of the four ancient towns in Shaoxing. It was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. Most of the existing old streets were built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is known as "the clear water runs through the streets and the seventeen bridges across the river are rainbows". It is also the hometown of a famous master. The ancient town is based on an east-west river, with businesses on the north bank and people living on the south bank. It is connected by seventeen ancient bridges. The corridors and sheds along the river are hung with sausages and duck sauce. The ancient method of drying the sauce in Renchang Sauce Garden is the source of the flavor, and it is full of everyday atmosphere.

深圳博物馆·历史民俗馆

The History and Folklore Museum of Shenzhen Museum is located in Area A of the Futian District Civic Center (Jintian Road Hall). It is two independent venues with the Ancient Art Museum (Tongxin Road Hall). Be careful not to confuse them when visiting. The permanent exhibition is free and open to the public.

萨迦寺

The castle-like building of Sakya Nan Temple preserves murals, statues and important classics related to the Sakya Sect. Far away from the urban area of ​​Shigatse, this place is both a protected heritage and a living worship space.

网师园

Master of the Nets Garden is a representative of Suzhou's small and exquisite gardens. Each step has a view, and it contains a century-old house. It is a small but extremely exquisite garden among the gardens in the south of the Yangtze River. With the pool as the center, the pavilions and pavilions are scattered in an orderly manner. It is best to visit in spring and autumn. Recommended tour is 1–1.5 hours.

岱庙

Dai Temple connects Tai'an City and Mount Tai's sacrificial axis. The palace-style enclosure structure, Tiankuang Hall, courtyards, ancient trees and hundreds of inscriptions preserve evidence of national sacrifices, local beliefs and interpretations of Mount Tai in the past dynasties. This place also serves as the Tai'an City Museum. The building and collection should be read together, rather than just as a photogenic prelude before climbing.

武汉长江大桥·轮渡

Combine the Yangtze River Bridge and the cross-river ferry into a cross-river experience. The first choice for ferries is the Wuzhong Line (Hankou Wuhan Pass Pier ↔ Wuchang Zhonghua Road Pier 1). Across the Yangtze River, you can see the Bridge, Yellow Crane Tower and Jianghan Pass.

福建土楼

Fujian earth buildings are traditional Hakka rammed earth buildings. They are mainly distributed in Zhangzhou Nanjing (Tianluokeng "Four Dishes and One Soup", Yunshuiyao, Yuchang Building) and Longyan Yongding (Chengqi Building "Tulou King", Zhencheng Building "Tulou Prince", Chuxi Tulou Group). They are not Xiamen attractions. Their inclusion in the "Xiamen Tourism Platform" is a platform classification issue and needs to be marked separately. Many earth buildings are world cultural heritage.

西安城墙

The Xi'an City Wall surrounds the Ming Dynasty city area in a complete rectangle. The city gates, turrets, horse faces and views overlooking the old and new neighborhoods together form defensive buildings and elevated urban routes. Instead of rushing to complete the entire loop, it is often better to choose a slow walk to observe how the city wall connects the axis of the Bell Tower and the Forest of Steles neighborhood.

东关清真大寺

Dongguan Mosque is located at No. 34 Dongguan Street, Chengdong District. It was built during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, more than 600 years ago. It is one of the four major mosques in the northwest and the largest Islamic temple in Qinghai Province. The building combines Chinese-style cornices and brackets, Islamic geometric patterns and Tibetan gilded vases. The worship hall can accommodate thousands of people at the same time, making it a spectacular gathering on Sunday.
